Amara Barner started training competitively at a young age from her hometown in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a teenager, she traveled around the world to assist choreographers and train at numerous dance conventions including The Pulse On Tour and Intrigue Dance Convention. Her commercial work in Los Angeles and New York City provided her opportunities to teach and perform in Australia, Mexico, England and Italy. After moving to New York, she joined Isodoc Dance Group by Jeffrey Docimo, where she both created and performed works with the company. Barner joined RUBBERBAND in 2016.
