Rémy Saminadin is a drummer from Guadeloupe, based in Montreal. It is the gwoka, a traditional instrument that introduced him to music at the age of 6. Later, he moved to France to study jazz drumming at the Hector Berlioz Conservatory. Since moving to Montreal in 2011, Rémy has worked with Greg Noël, Future Flight, BodySlam, Helen Simard, George Stamos, and Company Forward Movement.
