La chorégraphe-interprète vancouvéroise Vanessa Goodman et la musicienne new-yorkaise maintes fois primée Caroline Shaw se rencontrent dans une installation performative au carrefour de la nature et de la technologie. Sur une scène intimiste habitée de lumières, de plantes et de platines au charme d’antan, le duo examine par la danse, le violon et le clavier les façons dont le corps se souvient. Distorsions, omissions : la mémoire se révèle un processus de reconstruction plutôt que de reconstitution. Les artistes font émerger une fusion unique et révélatrice du mouvement et du son. Un album vivant.
